♥A tale of a Librarian♥

In 2011, I were interested to join in any board which could put on colours to my Form 6 life.
I reject to join Board Of  Discipline, because my academic results were not that goo and I don't think I could manage to catch up the lessons that I missed.

So, during our Orientation Day for Form 6, I were attracted by Board Of Librarians.
After I have passed the interview (which I don't know how I pass), I start my new chapter of life as a student, or should I call it as a librarian?

At first, I though Board Of Librarians is just another ordinary board like others, and what would you think about when you heard the word "Librarian"? You must be thinking that  a person in charge of a library, and is usually trained in librarianship (known either as library science or library and information science) [according to Wikipedia], right?
Who knows that I were wrong, TOTALLY WRONG!

As a incoming librarian, we were advised to participate in the orientation camp which every boards would organise.
From my previous experience, camp is just another boring activity to me, because in my previous school, camp is just about training, training and training or maybe with some not-so-interesting games for us.
But, since I heard from my friend, Patrick a.k.a Chief Of Librarian 2011/ 2012 said that it's very fun and awesome and blah blah blah... So, I decided to participate in the camp.

And who knows, it's the most craziest and memorable camp that I had ever join.
We climb up to Brothers' Bungalow (Of cause, I don't mean FULLY climb up there...) for about 30 minutes+ (Which I forget who told me that it's just about 10 minutes to reach Brothers' Bungalow... and it's a TRAP! ).
During the camp, we sing, we dance, we act and we play as hard as we could.
Well, I am still as chubby as last year. xD

It is one of the most enjoyable camps for me.

[TaDaa~~ My group photo a.k.a the most outstanding group of year 2011]  *claps*

Through the camp, I manage to know a lot of good friends and I get to create a stronger bond between my old friends and also the new ones.

But, life is not all about fun, right? After having all the fun during the camp, I start to carry out my duty as librarian. I am so not used to it at the beginning, but with the help and guidance of my family members (Of cause, I mean my B.O.L's librarians. xD), I manage to overcome it.

So, I would like to thanks my seniors for last year and this year to help me and give my suggestion when I having any problems in B.O.L

(I mean most of them la... =X)

This year, I am one of the committees for B.O.L orientation camp 2012, I was choose as a designer and also a helper if others need any help.
Well, honestly, I were over-stressed about the booklet design, because everyone going to have one, and I think no one want a not attractive booklet, right? xD
Anyway, things managed to run smoothly and I am satisfied with my booklet design.

By the way, we had our awesome orientation camp on Pulau Jerejak. xD

Orientation Camp 2012

During the orientation camp of 2012, we are really crazy, we even play with eggs, chocolate, flour and starch.
None of us were clean during the awesome dirty games, and I became Indian (Thanks to Joshua).
I really enjoy it, and I would like to thank all the awesomeness committees for organising such an awesome camp for all of us.
And I appreciate all your hard works.

This year, is my last year of Form 6 and also as a librarian.

Today, is my day-by-day farewell.
Well, I can't find a suitable words to describe my feelings now, because it's a mixture.
However, I would like to take this opportunities to thanks all to B.O.L. for always been there when I need them, light up my day when I was down and we are like a big family together.
Thank you for everything.
I love you guys and I seriously do. ♥♥

Lastly, I wish we still could connect with each other in the future and B.O.L always awesome.

Monday, August 6

We are proud of you! =D

Time flies.

Surprisingly it is 2024 now, and I have started full time work in a school for 6th years. I enjoy teaching and seeing the kids grow, and I a...
